Project Management
We offer a full project management service and take full responsibility for all aspects of the work and coordinate all: professionals, trades and contractors, throughout the duration of the project. This helps to ensure we are fully aware of all aspects of the work, and are able to take full control, with one point of contact.
Prior to commencement of any project, we issue a simple and easily understood project plan, this can be as detailed as you wish and is always discussed and agreed with you prior to commitment.
Up until the point of commencement of works on-site, I would be your point of contact, once works start on-site, each project will have a nominated person, working hand, not someone stood there with a clip-board, who will take on responsibility for the day to day running of the project and with my authority, arrange labour and material resource as required. This ensures you have a familiar person on-site, whom you can discuss all aspects of work with, who can advise you on general progress and “what will happen when”. This also gives you one point of contact throughout who will introduce staff to you as and when.
My own role, is then to liaise daily with the nominated person throughout the working phase, visit site 2 – 3 times per week and meet with you at least once a week. It is a proven system that works very well and offers all clients reassurance and continuity throughout.
Starting with initial project costs, we work closely with you, to gain a full understanding of your exact requirements, down to the smallest detail. Once clarified a detailed quotations issued for approval and on which a Fixed Cost quotation will be issued and contract raised upon.
