We hope you are well. Thanks very much for your recent estimate on our house extension project. We really appreciate the time and effort you put in and we have to say that we were very impressed with you and your proposals. However, having taken your advice, considered everything and weighed up the benefits of extending against the value of the house we have decided that the price of the extension pushes us too much into the realms of negative equity.
We are considering our options and looking again at moving instead of extending. So, at this point we won't be going any further with the project.
Once again, thank you so much for your time and input; we certainly would contact you for any project we may start in the future and will pass on your details/recommend you to others.
