What do you look for in a builder?
We recently ran a little poll on Twitter (@Charleswoodprop - give us a follow) and asked people what was the most important thing they considered when appointing a builder.
The options were:
-Cost
-Reputation
-Availability
-Experience
Interestingly the results were 50% considered the Builder Reputation to be the most important thing.
