Mark and his team have done a smashing job extending and renovating our house. My husband and I thought the whole process would be stressful whichever building team we appointed however Mark and Paul dealt with everything with professionalism making the process nothing but exciting and enjoyable. Aspects of the project where we wanted things changing from the spec, we found were often simply resolved by speaking to Charleswood about it, and we would return on our next visit to site to find our requirements had just been arranged, no fuss, no issues. The finish on all the work is done to a great standard. Mark and Paul are true gentlemen who clearly want the job to be done to a high standard and put a high value on ensuring their customers are please with their work. 09/03/2019
