Mark, as you know I am moving on to pastures new, however, I would just like to say, it has been a pleasure working with you, Paul your site manager and the team. I wish more developers/builders conducted themselves in the professional way you do, there are not many companies I would be happy to recommend to people, but yours is definately one of them.
